Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using FormDumpling ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, account holders, and anyone who accesses or uses the Service.
About the Service
FormDumpling is a lead intelligence tool that connects to your website via a script tag. It collects and analyses form submissions and visitor behaviour to help you categorise, prioritise, and respond to leads.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using FormDumpling, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Account Registration
To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information at registration
- Keep your credentials secure and not share them
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
- Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use FormDumpling only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Service to collect data without the knowledge or consent of your website visitors where required by law
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or any harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- Resell, sublicense, or commercialise the Service without written consent
- Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its performance
Your Responsibilities as a Website Operator
By installing the FormDumpling script on your website, you are responsible for:
- Informing your visitors that a third-party script may collect behavioural and form submission data
- Maintaining a compliant privacy policy on your website that discloses use of FormDumpling
- Obtaining any required consents from your visitors in accordance with applicable laws (including GDPR and CCPA)
- Ensuring your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
We are a data processor acting on your behalf. You remain the data controller for your visitors' data.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, technology, and materials provided through the Service are owned by or licensed to Noodle. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You retain full ownership of your data — the form submissions, leads, and visitor data collected through your website. We do not claim any ownership over your data.
Beta Features
FormDumpling may be offered in whole or in part as a beta product. Beta features are provided "as is" and may be subject to change, suspension, or removal at any time without notice. We do not guarantee accuracy, uptime, or specific functionality during the beta phase.
Fees and Payment
Some features may require a paid subscription. Where applicable:
- Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- You authorise us to charge your payment method for applicable fees
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice
Service Availability
We aim to keep FormDumpling available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or take the Service offline temporarily without notice. We are not liable for any loss arising from downtime.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, including if:
- You breach these Terms
- Your use poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the Service
- We discontinue the Service
Upon termination, your access will cease and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
- Classification or lead scoring results will be accurate or complete
- The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noodle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noodle and its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
